About My friend

I have a friend, his Chinese name is Xiu Xu.
He is a boy who good at playing basketball ,so he has olive skin.Although he is nearly 1.90m , he is thin.He has a thick crop of black hair and his bang cover his forehead.His eyebrow is not very thick but it can makes his eyes looked intense.Xiu Xu's nose is straight that many people jealous of that.However I don't like his lip shape,it makes he look cool.

About My Last Weekend

Last Saturday, KO,Ko's daughter,Jamie and I went to South Center to shopping.I staied there from 11:00 a.m to 6:00p.m.It's really tired.
At first, we were shopping at the first floor.Jamie bought a pair of glasses which she wanted for a long time. Then KO bought cloth for her daughters.In the noon, we went to second floor to have lunch.We enjoyed Thai food and Janpanese food.It's really delicious! After this, we went back to the first floor and I bought a black bag in Vans.I love it because it make me looks cool~^^....
Shopping is a long process.Although I was tired, I was happy.Not only because I bought a bag but also I love the feeling that shopping with Jamie and KO~
I hope we can go somewhere together next time~

About Vanlentine’s Day

I love Valentine's Day which is a special festival for valentines.I enjoy it's lovely atmosphere .Couples are always excited before one week and you also can see red hearts and cupid in every shop and restaurant.Then, On that day , people receive gifts from their lover.No matter it is cheap or expensive, it is meaningful .They also will go out to have a dinner and wander.Woo...so romantic.
Valentine's Day is a day to show love and I hope everyone can say love to people around  you .It's a  good .

Chinese writing style 4/6/2011

   After read the article Kathryn asked , I think Chinese writing style is different from Janpanese  and Arabic writing style. However ,I think Chinese writing style is similar with  Spanish writing style(the diagram is also the same). Chinese writers like to use a line from beginning to end but the line is as straight as English.Writers always give hints and some interesting things to readers, and then back to topic.Most of the times, hints and storyies which are given areuseful for his article .It can make his article cool.
  I know different languages have different writing styles, and it's lucky for us to study English writing style with this book~ I'm exciting now...^^

I have studied English for twelve years and in my opinion writing is important for students who study English as the second language.I think my writing is not very good but it is ok .However I always make grammar mistakes.And i also think vocabulary is a little bit of difficult for me.I hope with Kathryn' help i can improve my writing~
